At The Banyan Tree Learning Center (TBTLC), we strive to provide the highest quality educational services. This Refund/Return Policy outlines the terms regarding the eligibility and process for refunds or cancellations. By enrolling, you agree to the following terms:

 

 

1. Refund Eligibility

  1. Non-Refundable Items:

    • All tuition fees, registration charges, and admission-related fees are non-refundable.

    • Study materials, printed resources, and digital content provided to students are also non-refundable.

  2. Exceptional Cases:

    • Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, such as:

      • Administrative errors during fee collection (e.g., duplicate payments).

      • Cancellations initiated by TBTLC due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., program discontinuation).

 

 

2. Cancellation Policy

  1. Withdrawal by Students:

    • If a student wishes to discontinue the program, no refund of fees paid will be entertained under any circumstances.

    • Students must notify TBTLC in writing about withdrawal decisions.

  2. Program Cancellations by TBTLC:

    • In the rare event that TBTLC cancels a program, students will be offered:

      • A full refund of the remaining portion of fees already paid.

      • The option to transfer to a similar program or batch (if available).

 

 

3. Refund Process

  1. How to Request a Refund:

    • Submit a written request with supporting documentation (e.g., proof of duplicate payment) to admin@thebanyantree.online or contact the administrative office.

  2. Refund Timeline:

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 15-20 business days of receiving the request.

    • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed.

  3. Deductions:

    • Administrative charges, bank fees, or other applicable costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

 

 

4. Non-Transferable Payments

  • Payments made to TBTLC are non-transferable and cannot be shifted to other students, siblings, or programs.

 

 

5. Refund Denial

TBTLC reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of:

  1. Policy Violations:

    • If the student or parent has breached TBTLC’s Terms and Conditions.

  2. Non-Attendance:

    • Refunds will not be provided for missed classes, sessions, or tests due to personal reasons.

 

6. Dispute Resolution

  1. Communication:

    • In case of disputes regarding refunds, parents or guardians should contact the administration at info@thebanyantree.online for resolution.

  2. Final Decision:

    • TBTLC’s management retains the final authority in all refund-related matters.

 

7. Governing Law

This Refund/Return Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
